Our Statement of Intent

Bloomsbury Publishing is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and is opposed to discrimination, bullying and harassment. We condemn systemic discrimination in society in all its forms, and we are dedicated to finding ways to improve our industry’s practices and our own company. We are actively working on revising and strengthening staff development and inclusion policies along with our own publishing practice.

Bloomsbury Digital Resources is committed to furthering the diversity, equity and inclusivity of all our digital products. We will provide inclusive platforms for voices of all race, gender, age, disability, and social strata across the humanities and social sciences, and visual and performing arts. Through the content we create, and the authors and advisors we work with, Bloomsbury Digital Resources is committed to making knowledge accessible to all, and will seek to shine a light on important areas of study that have been previously underrepresented within academic research.
